These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "the General Terms and Conditions”) define the terms and conditions under which Mrs Emilie Lallemand (hereinafter the “Service Provider”) provides an audience meeting certain conditions (hereinafter the ”User(s)”) with a virtual school (hereinafter the ”Service”).
Article 1 - Scope of application
Access to the Service is reserved for Users who have reviewed these General Terms and Conditions in full prior to registration and who accept them without reservations. Simply using the website implies the acceptance, without reservations or conditions, of these General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions by a User, the Service Provider is entitled to refuse or discontinue their access to the Service.
Article 2 - Description of the Service
The purpose of the platform is to enable secondary school teachers to create exercises in maximum one hour without prior knowledge and to manage completion by their students intuitively. The exercises are intended to be done online (as homework) or in person (in the classroom).
The platform is intended to enable students to take courses online and provide them with a virtual school which they can visit and personalise.
Access to the website content is not available to the general public, but is reserved to “ Users”.
Only teachers with a personal access code and their students can have user status in the virtual school.
Article 3 - Access conditions and operation
Users gain access the virtual school by registering.
Users who want to have access to the Service must register using the online registration form.
During their first connection to the platform, Users are required to answer a multiple choice questionnaire to profile their avatar.
Article 4 - Right of use
The right of use varies depending on User status.
Teachers who have an access code have the right to add content to the online platform. The content will be available to other Users. The content can only be added on condition that the User has the rights required for the content.
The right of use does not provide Users with the right to sell, distribute, transfer or reproduce the platform.
Article 5 - Right of use limitations
Users have a limited right of access and of use.

The content provided on the website cannot, under any circumstances be inappropriate or contrary to law and order or common decency.
In any event illegal, illicit, misleading, racist, abusive, harmful, threatening and obscene content is considered inappropriate.
Content can only be published on the platform by the User if it doesn’t breach any intellectual or image rights of third parties or other Users.
Article 6 - User obligations
Users agree to ensure the confidentiality of their access code and identifiers. They also commit to notifying the Service Provider of any non-authorised use of their account as soon as they become aware of it and, in any event, within 48 hours of that time.
The content provided on the website can only be used in accordance with the objectives of the Service covered in Article 2 of this document.
Users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use and the limitations on the right of use.
Users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use may have their access rights to the platform suspended immediately without compensation.
Article 6 - Responsibilities
The platform content is of the exclusive responsibility of the User.
Users are solely responsible for the content they manage and edit using the platform, which acts solely as a host.
Every User assumes sole civil and criminal liability for the information they decide to disclose on the website.
The Service Provider cannot, under any circumstances be held liable for any damage or prejudice which may be suffered by a User or third party as a result of using the platform or following its use, notably due to inaccurate statements made or data provided by other Users.
Use of the platform is at the User’s risk and peril.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect prejudice in the following cases:
The content of forums, chats and comments are published under the exclusive civil and criminal liability of the Users.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
The Service Provider’s services and creations are provided to Users but remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
All content is protected by intellectual property rights.
Authorisation to use the service does not grant any material or intellectual rights to Users. The rights are reserved for the Service Provider.
Users who add content to the platform are responsible for complying with the intellectual property rights of said content.
Article 8 - Termination of the right of use
Access to the website is granted for a limited period of time based on the relationship between the Service Provider and the educational establishment and between the educational establishment and the User.
The Service Provider reserves the right to take all reasonable and appropriate measures should a User fail to meet the obligations of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, notably termination of their access to the platform.
These measures can be taken without prior notice should the situation warrant it.
Article 9 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions of Use are of the sole competence of the courts of the judicial arrondissement of Brabant Wallon.
